Doug's Campechana

 
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Cholula sauce (the one with the wooden top)
1 tablespoon oregano
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
4 finely chopped serrano pepper (stems and seeds removed)
4 medium finely chopped jalapeno pepper (stems and seeds removed)
1/4 cup lime juice
1 cup Clamato juice
1/2 cup tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 cup white onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup or more cilantro, chopped
1/2 pound shrimp, boiled, peeled and diced
Salt to taste
2 avocados, peeled and diced
1/2 pound crabmeat
Tostito's Scoops or other dipping chip
Mix well all of the ingredients except for the avacado and crabmeat. Carefully fold in the avacado and crabmeat.
